Not only were we one of the first European Zimbra partners in 2006 and the first to achieve Gold Partner status, but we’ve worked closely with the Zimbra team ever since and have become their trusted “go to” partner, working with some of their largest UK clients.

Why We Do What We Do:
Having started off reselling other people’s services, we know what it’s like to be in your shoes. All too often, Mondays start with calls from customers wondering why things are not working. With the service providers’ phone lines jammed and no service status page (or worse, one which isn’t up to date or accurate), you’re left to make sense of half-hearted explanations from sales people (the only people picking up their phones!) who never know the full story. It’s not like this with In-Tuition. You’ll be first to know about any unscheduled downtime or maintenance. We started out as a web development and IT company, and branched into hosting in the 1990s. What was it like back then? Well, we paid £12,000 a year for a 512 Kbps line. Our dedicated servers sat in a data centre under the office stairs. Thankfully, things have moved on considerably since then and we’ve moved our data centre operations to multiple purpose-designed locations in the UK. We now channel all of our 15+ years of experience working with data hosting, email management and software development into perfectly-formed Zimbra hosting for small businesses.
